When you’re doing something active that is fun, you’ll burn a lot of calories and not even know you’re doing it! Although having great Let’s hang out programs is nice, it isn’t always necessary! Doing something is better than nothing! Once you start doing something, be consistent!

Buy the following foods if you are about to go to the grocery store: oatmeal, whole grain cereals, tuna, salmon, eggs, fruits, vegetables, lean meat and low fat milk.
